On October 18th, Distrüster will return with a new release. The new material will be released under the Ossuary Records label and will continue the direction set on our debut album Sic Semper Tyrannis from 2022. The EP, titled “Obscurum Per Obscurius”, was recorded and mixed at No Solace by M. (best known from Mgła, Kriegsmaschine, OWG). Besides the three musicians from the core lineup (known from bands like Terrordome and Decapitated), the album will also feature yet-to-be-revealed guests from outside the metal world. The material, lasting over 20 minutes, will be released on CD in a standard jewel case and will be available for online purchase (through the label’s store) as well as at the band’s merch booth during their November tour.

The aforementioned tour, entitled DisCrusade, will have Distrüster hitting the road with the death/punk metal machine Death Crusade from Gdańsk. 

We have been added to the roster of one of Poland’s biggest metal festivals: Summer Dying Loud 2023. Distrüster will share the stage with My Dying Bride, Enslaved, Dismember, Benediction, Candlemass and many more. Learn more about the festival and book your tickets at the official festival website.

Our first longplay will premiere 30^th September and will be released via Ossuary Records. The artwork has been made by Adam Burke, known for cooperation with Eternal Champion, Unto Others (Idle Hands), Angel Witch, Temple Of Void and many others. The material has been recorded at No Solace and mixed/mastered by M. “Sic Semper Tyrannis” will be available on CD and two different colored MCs. Vinyl coming next year. Preoder info coming soon.
